It's been almost more than 10 years my family is connected with Air connections travel agency and specifically with Mr.Zahoor. This time brother Zahoor went out of the way to craft the Umrah trip for my family. I must say from hotel selection to air tickets everything was picked with utmost diligence. Our both hotels in Makah and Madinah were within two minutes walking distance from haram. Prices were extremely affordable. I'd recommend Air connections 100% for any travel needs. I am again very grateful to Zahoor bhai and his team for their professionalism.
Mr.Waqas Mumtaz was the travel agent that helped me out. He was amazing help, any questions I had he instantly answered and any concerns that I had he found solutions to. He gave me prices that I never imagined. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Overall amazing customer service and best place to buy tickets.
Worst travel agency out there. Does not listen to what you want and then convinces you that they search the best route for flights. Once they take your money they ignore requests later. They are really good with their own people who speak their language only. If you leave messages they don't return your call. Almost charged me twice for my daughter's ticket. Had I not caught their mistake, I would have paid twice for my daughter's ticket. Fails to tell you that you should obtain a visa for certain countries. What should have been a smooth travel to multiple destinations overseas, ended being a nightmare as I was traveling with 4 kids. Would never recommend them to friends or family.
The owner is an amazing person. I have using this travel agent for past 15years. My go to place to travel. Especially Pakistan. Amazing service and always the best price.
Very unprofessional workers. I called 3 to 4 times to get quote. Every time ladies hold calls for 5 to 10 minutes saying other one will deal with this. Ultimately no one answers. Such a waste of time.
