Chrystal M. was absolutely amazing. I had book a holiday for my family by myself and realized I didn't include our middle names or any requests to the hotel. She helped me with everything and it was a flawless experience. On top of helping me with my specific questions she asked questions and I soon realized there was much more I didn't know I needed to do like forms for the DR and also the app I could make payments on. She explained everything and even sent me an email with a video of step by step directions. People like her give hope to the customer service industry. I have never dealt woth someone who was so knowledgeable and experienced. She alone would be why I would book with sell off vacations again!! Wonderful work Chrystal!!!!!
I've had nothing but bad experiences lately. I used to use SellOffVacations for all my trips, but I called the last 5 times over 2 months asking for assistance in finding all inclusive resorts that are dog friendly in Mexico... 5 times in a row, the representatives promise to call you back after doing research and they never do. They are just too lazy to put in the work...i'm NEVER going to use SellOffVacations to book anything...

My booking experience with Kevin Roy was Five Star but my Cuba experience was One Star. No ones fault except Be Aware that Cuba is in a very bad situation. Been going for more than 30yrs...2 0r 3x a year and I am very sad to say that the Country is Hurting. Just Be Aware if you chose to make Cuba a destination

Wow, after having 2 bad experiences with sell off vacations and being ghosted by 2 different travel agents 9 months apart...I was frustrated to say the least. But I had a Future Travel Credit to use up. Then, I had a family member tell me to call Kevin Roy. He was highly recommended and he has restored my faith in sell off vacations. He couldn't get me the trip I requested initially... but he was quick to find me another trip. He was professional, had great communication and was so pleasant to deal with. After my upcoming trip I will update this on how everything went... So far I am truly impressed. Thanks Kevin!
