10/10 would recommend Max for your family photos. We had newborn photos with him and he was patient, knew exactly how to calm our 3 week old son and capture those little moments that turned out so special in our photos. We actually ordered extra shots because we couldn’t choose favourites! He is talented and easy to get along with and the retouched photos were beautiful. Thanks Max!

Maxwell Giffen was outstanding to work with!!! We had a short window of time where all 3 sisters would be in Canada overlapping, which hasn't happened for many years. And I wanted to take the moment to ensure it was captured. Maxx showed up, he did an AMAZING job with the shoot, somehow managing to get 3 kids (and 10+ adults!) to smile all at the same time in many of our shots! He had ideas for helping the little ones either be in the shots, or how to keep them engaged "helping him" when they didn't need to be in certain pictures. Your speed, response, turnaround time, galleries, quality of shots, care and creativity to get three little ones to smile during the shoot - thank you so incredibly much. We hired Maxx to capture our Maternity and Newborn photo sessions and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Besides being fantastic at what he does (our pictures are truly amazing), he is kind, patient, understanding, and was so great with our newborn. He came prepared with outfits and toys for the newborn photo shoot, and offered many outfit options for the maternity session. As well, we were thankful that after needing to reschedule due to an emergency, he was so accommodating and understanding of our situation. We are so glad we found Maxx to capture many of our future milestones, and would not hesitate to recommend him!
