We received our photos just in time for the holidays! Even though I was delayed in placing my order. I received it fairly quickly! Jackie from customer service has been great and very quick to respond.
I paid $32 in April for one photo download, now it's end of August, no photo and no response to emails or calls. Please send the photo or give me back my 32 dollars
I've had better pictures from other companies. The ones that I've received in the last three years are ok. (Too many backgrounds to select from and they really don't look good in the pictures. For my child's photo, I would have appreciated more selection of the poses instead of the backgrounds.) I do appreciate the effort that they made this year to get my digital download to me at a reasonable time. I got the printed photos just before Christmas. It was not enough time to mail them out but good enough to hand deliver.
Must be the worst school photo company out there. Just got the final prints and the quality was very poor. Photo paper must be the cheapest one they could find and even a small thing like cutting the photos was not done. Not happy at all with this company. Will have to talk to the school about finding a better company for next year.
Garbage photos. Just awful. Unbelievably frustrating when you are relying on this company as your only source of documentation of an important event. Clearly they take no pride in the final product. Deeply, deeply disappointed.
Do you guys think we’re all stupid? This is the third time that we pay late fees and this time I’m not! I’m ready to go to the principal, court or any other justice to make this fair. My son brought home proofs today may 14th and you’re asking to return by May 13th yesterday, unfortunately I’m not Marty McFly and I cannot go back in the future! I’m not paying $10 on principle. I doubted my son once, twice and never again. I should have read the reviews earlier, shame on you!!!!!!!!
I just received picture retake package yesterday April 4 2019, and on package it says to order by March 28, 2019 to avoid shipping cost & handling costs. How is that even possible, unless miraculously I can turn back time, which I can not. I received 5 business days late due to unforeseen matters. I purchase pictures almost every year, however this year I am disappointed. I am sure I am not the only parent who had a child not in school on picture day due to winter storm, and no bus pick up. I mean bad weather and no bus pick up is and unforeseen matter. However I have reached out to company and expressed my issues and they told me I will be refunded for the $10.00 Shipping & handling fee. All my pictures in the past I love and I think Bright Pics does an amazing job snapping photo's of my son who has autism and rarely smiles in photo's. These are keepsakes I will keep and love forever. I would also like to say thank you to the photographer.
