love this place!! staff is so sweet and very knowledgeable. i just don’t leave with a great product, i leave knowing more too. edit: I came back again and was helped by Cassandra. she told me everything i need to know about dying my hair. I love learning from the staff here. They know everything beauty top to bottom!!!
The Asian girl I find has a condescending attitude! And very aggorant! I miss the other employees were so nice friendly. Sally's product's are garbage mad expensive to.
First time I went there, Chrissy (not sure on spelling-sorry if I'm wrong!) was super friendly and helpful. I came back when I had more time to shop and Cordel was also very nice. Both sales associates were knowledgeable, patient and genuine. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything I didn't want. TBD on the products I am trying for the first time but I feel like if I have any issues, the team at Sally's would help me find a solution. Thank you!
I really wish I got the same of the girl who helped me. But I’ll describe her so everyone knows how freaking amazing she was and totally deserves a raise!!! I believe she’s Asian, should length black hair, lash extensions and light to fair complexion with petite body. I walked into the store checking to see if they have any new hot tools items, and they didn’t but I left with a bag full of amazing goodies but this girl knew exactly what I wanted from a product. She knew the good the bad, the ifs and the buts. The amount of knowledge she had was so refreshing. One of my best experiences at Sally’s! Literally the best experience of my life. Sales associate if you’re reading this, you were incredibly knowledgeable, you presented yourself and your knowledge in the most educational way and convinced a very nonconvinceable person to try new products and leave with a bag full! Thankyou for amazing customer service!!!
I've bought the odd item here over the years. Most recently, I purchased hair coloring for my daughter and the young girl had superb customer service skills. She was knowledgeable and a reason why I would go back again.
My nail polish is from Dollarama but the base coat, artistic golden paint, and top coat are all from Sally. I loved the place but honestly I saw less variety of nail paints than what I saw on online store linked with Sally Beauty Instagram account. Also somehow this store's rates are higher than online store rates. The thing I hated is that the store staff made face when I was being honest about the cost of some brushes was way too high. Worst of all when I asked I wanted some striping polish she misguided saying these days no one buys it so we have just 4-5 of these colors! I checked so many available in online store of Sally and now I can't buy them anyway, if you are visiting this branch, I would say choose products online for their availability rather than asking the staff. And one more thing is that you don't have any testers so anyway it is better to buy online.
Great service, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Really grateful for the sales associate who helped me (blue or purple streaks in her hair and amazing eye makeup/lashes)! Super kind and patient. Much appreciated, will be back for sure.
