I’m from Ottawa but I stumbled upon this place on instagram and decided to try it out on my next Toronto trip. Onika and Nikita are AMAZING. Not only were they extremely patient with answering all my questions but they genuinely took their time to show me what i needed. Theres an insane range of bundles and even nail products. I would 100% recommend to anyone especially if you’re like me and are a slow shopper Thank you ladies for helping me choose my next install <3
Let’s start with when you walk in , the greetings you receive from the staff ! Everyone ask if you need assistance and recommend things that go along with what you need . I came and got a half wig that I used so many times and even dyed it and it’s still so useful to me ! They also offer shipping to other parts of Canada for all the Caribbean girlies so I loved that ! Zorrah the owner is such a sweet genuine person you can tell she treats her staff fairly and really loves what she does !
It is rare to find good service these days. This is why when I find a company or location going above and beyond, I gotta shout them out. I’ve been shopping with Hair Granted for over 3yrs now, and my only regret was not knowing about them sooner. Every hair concern or question (trust me I’ve asked some dumb ones), the staff is able to answer. Even if they don’t have the product or answer, good alternative or offering to contacting me when stock returns has been offered. My recent purchase was for their bundle set, from the price, quality and even service was amazing. Thank you hair granted for always offering your customers great prices, opportunities to win prizes, and great service.
Their service is impeccable! I've been a loyal client for over a year, and despite living in a different province, I've had a seamless experience ordering from them. Zorah truly goes above and beyond to maintain her brand's high standards. Her dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction. Highly recommended!
An amazing hair store. Everything is reasonably priced and the customer service is top notch. Not sure where the Emma (only one review on google so is she even credible?) Or Deborah are coming from with their clearly fake reviews. Anyone reading reviews should look at the HISTORY of the person writing it. Clearly there’s a lot of fake ones on here. By who knows? Most like it is those who do not want to see a black business thrive. Don’t worry there is room for everyone to eat at the table. This will be my hair store as my go to.
Absolutely not worth the money. I paid over $700 for virgin human hair bundles from Hair Granted and was genuinely shocked at how poor the quality turned out to be. The hair sheds excessively, doesn’t hold curls (they fall within 10–30 minutes), doesn’t wash well, and the bundles are thin, stringy, and flat — with no density or volume, especially toward the ends. I used FOUR full bundles for a sew-in and the install still looked limp and see-through, with base tracks showing through. At this price point, that’s completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the closure they sold me wasn’t even what I asked for. I noticed the mistake after paying and asked to exchange it. I was told returns or exchanges weren’t allowed, even though I haven't even touch let alone use the hair. It was clearly their mistake, yet they refused to correct it. Also — HD lace where? This wasn’t HD by any stretch. At best, it was transparent lace’s off-brand cousin. I ended up having to buy another closure just to try to salvage the install (which still failed, by the way), bringing my total spend to a little over $1,000 for what was honestly a disaster. The style lasted me about an hour - no joke. The customer service was also just as bad — if not worse — than the hair itself. When I asked fair, reasonable questions about the product and the return issue, I was met with attitude, eye-rolling, and literal scoffing. At one point, they even laughed while I explained what was wrong, as if my concerns were a joke. There was no professionalism, no accountability, and zero respect for someone who just dropped hundreds of dollars in their store. It felt like the second they got my money, any sense of customer care vanished. For a brand that positions itself as luxury, the service was flat-out immature and dismissive. What makes this entire situation even more upsetting is that this was my first ever sew-in, and I got it done for a very special occasion. I was genuinely excited to try something new and invest in a style I had high hopes for. Instead, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth — from the low-quality product to the outright disrespect I faced as a customer. I'm now questioning if I even want to try this style again.
I got virgin wig from there and the price is too high for the quality of wig, had my wig for about 4 months, split ends, sheds a lil too much, doesn’t stay soft even when revived
