I find its always a great atmosphere, receive excellent service and deal with genuinly friendly individuals when I visit. Victor & his colleagues always brighten up my day. Also, there's plenty of available free parking which is a nice perk in life. Keep up the great work Team Soho!

Went there for the first time today and I will continue to go whenever I need my hair done. I needed my hair cut and coloured and both, Mikayla and Viviana, were amazing. Everyone from the moment I walked in made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I left feeling amazing and my hair is so beautiful. Thank you ☺️

After one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had, I would definitely not recommend Soho Salon, nor will I ever go back. In August, I booked a consultation with a colourist as I had never been with her before (the previous two colourists who I previously went to are both no longer at the salon). I showed the colourist what I wanted to have done to my hair, and she said she was able to do it. I booked an appointment and had my hair coloured by her, and had my hair cut and blowdried by another stylist. When the stylist was blowdrying my hair, I could see that the colour did not turn out. My hair was copper, particularly in the front. This colour was nothing like the picture I showed her (the picture was also of myself when I had my hair coloured by the previous stylist). I told her that the colour did not turn out, and she apologized and said she underestimated the time my hair needed to be processed. She did not, however, offer to fix it. After a few days, I called the salon because my hair was copper in the front, and brown in the back. I spoke to the colourist, and she said that she would fix my hair. She suggested that I wash my hair a few times to see if the colour would fade. I told her that I wash my hair once a week, and if she wanted me to do that, I would have to call back in a few weeks. She said that was not a problem and would leave a note on my file. I came back to the salon to have my hair fixed. They asked me if I wanted a hair cut or a blowdry, but I was not willing to spend more money after I spent over $300 a few weeks prior. The colourist fixed the front of my hair. After the colour was washed out, another employee came to me and led me to a room (more like a closet), and said that I could blowdry my own hair to see the colour. I could not believe that they asked me to blowdry my own hair to see the colour! At the very least, a stylist could have blowdried a strand at the front of my face. I declined and said I would be leaving the salon. At the front desk, the receptionist then told me to wait a minute. She looked at the computer and then said that I owed over $150! I explained to her that this was a fix as my hair did not turn out the first time. She said that it was a month since my initial appointment, and I would have to pay. She then got one of the co-owners who, rather than apologize for the error, started telling me that I should have come in the same week to have my hair fixed. I explained to him that I would have done that, but I followed the advice of the colourist. He told me what she said was the wrong information, to which I told him that was not my problem . You would think he would have got the colourist to clarify if he was confused, but he never did that. At no point either, did she ever come out once the foils were removed. Whenever a client has completed their service, the stylists will come out to the front - that was not the case that day. The co-owner didn’t even bother to read my file to see that there was a note on it that this was an appointment to fix my hair. The co-owner then stated that they have over 500 clients at the salon a week and he has never seen me before. Not sure what that has to do with anything. I am actually a repeat customer, but that is the last time I will ever step foot in Soho Salon. I don’t appreciate being gouged. I’ve been dying my hair for nearly 20 years. I know what a colour error is. No one goes to get their hair done, only to want to come back later to have it fixed and sit in a chair for more hours. Not only did I have to spend my time going back, my hair is also very dry as a result of the double lightening. I did not pay for the fix, as no client should be made to pay for an employee’s error! I cannot recommend this place after the horrible customer service experience.

Brought a picture, but didn’t get the haircut as shown. I mentioned it, but there was no offer to correct the cut. Many reviewers say they were offered something to drink at the salon, Stephany didn’t offer for me anything. I was asked once at the cash if everything was to my satisfaction, right in front of the hairdresser, which makes it awkward and made me feel uneasy. Use to be a regular at the salon, but will not be returning.

I’ve been getting my wash, cut, and style done with Zuzu and let me just say, she is amazing! She has a true gift for understanding exactly what your hair needs and brings your vision to life every single time. Not only is she incredibly talented, but her energy is so positive and welcoming. I always leave her chair feeling refreshed, confident, and looking my best. Highly recommend Zuzu if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your hair and gives you that flawless finish every time!

On short notice, they took an appointment to trim and diffuse. This was a first-time salon experience. Stephanie was taking care of me. She did a great job helping me feel comfortable while accommodating requests for exactly what was needed. The salon is well organized in all areas. I appreciate the quick booking and Stephanie for taking care of my hair. Thank you so much.

Samantha coloured my hair and did a fantastic job! I’m very picky and specific with the shade of cool tone, natural dark brown that I like and she nailed it. Avleen curled my hair after and did such a nice, soft beach wave. So happy with my experience! I’ll definitely be returning :)
