0 star I heard about this happening from my wife today. Mam, you should work with one customer and finish, then pass on the other customer. Then why do customers book an appointment? My wife came home with her hair wet. She told me before you dry her hair you straightly went to the man who had just walked in without an appointment and started his hair cut. What kind of service is this? We were actually happy to find a hair salon very near to our house, and now we are very disappointed. And you charged her the full price.
I can't give any star to this salon. I just had a terrible experience at this salon. I live a few minutes away from this salon and I had hair dye. She told me to leave it for 45mins and another customer came.she left my hair for 55minutes. She washed my hair and the water came into my sweater, my ears were just awful. I didn't get my hair dry. When I was done washing my hair, another customer came, and then she right away started cutting his hair. My hair was all wet, and I was the one to ask for a hair towel. While she was cutting this man's hair, she asked me if I wanted to get my hair dry. She charged me the full price. I have never seen this kind of hair salon. She was not professional. I will not recommend this hair salon to my neighbors and friends. I just came home and told my husband about this salon and how bad this salon was and the service. My husband is also very mad at this situation. I am having a very awful day because of this experience today. I usually give good tips, but I totally wasted my money at this salon today. How can she charge me the full price for this experience? She did not even know how to wash the hair properly. I slightly bumped my hair also to the hair sink while she was washing my hair. It was not a big incident, so I stayed quiet. But I cannot believe that my village has this nonsensical hair salon. I strongly don't recommend this salon to ANYONE!!I will also share this experience with my village community.
Luck did my hair and he was amazing. He did exactly what I asked for and he was very kind and so nice to talk with. I highly recommend getting your hair cut by him. He suggests products for your hair if you ask him.
My whole life , I have had a short , but really short hair and it is very difficult to maintain this length and style without an excellent hair dresser. Upon getting my hair cut perfectly done by NU, even my husband was wowed! He is not a fan of short hairstyle on me. But Nu’s genius work has left him without a word. I have gotten so many compliments from my friends , even from people just passing by me . Thank you Nu, thank you !!!! Jasna
Meh. I came by because my Mom said the place was decent. For one, there is a strange stench in the front. I came in to color my beard. The recommendation didn't turn out the way as expected. My beard went from black .... to black. After mentioning my frustration, the lady showed a very smug smile and asked how I would like to pay.... Really? Instead of fixing the issue, they still had the audacity to ask for money. $45 wasted. I should've said, that i don't want to pay, until some color change takes place. Customer service... It's okay. They weren't friendly, nor did they seem enthusiastic to take me in as a client.
Support your local businesses. I have gone to the mall too many times to get just an ok cut and bad service. I decided to give Nu a try based on the reviews. I must say I’m very satisfied. Nu is very personable and professional. Her salon is clean and well kept. She makes you feel so relaxed and I was very happy with my cut. She did exactly what I asked for! Can’t wait to recommend this to my friends!
Excellent haircut. Nu is the only person I have style my hair, and I recommend her Salon to all my friends and family. Every hair cut I recieve is past my standard and Nu's personal touch, for example a straight razor makes the experience relaxing and effective. Always punctual service and great value!
