Awesome store for watch repairs and clocks!! I have been here twice to fix my Seiko and Casio watches. They were fixed on the spot, it took less than 15 mins! The staff is lovely and really helpful. 10/10 store
Let's start with the good: brought in a dive watch for repair, which they did along with the necessary water and pressure test, which i appreciate. However they didnt have details about the pressure test written anywhere. They also ignored my request to investigate why my watch is lagging- not keeping time - which it still does. When I asked what they found - they said they forgot to look into it. When I asked questions, they talked down to me. I felt like I was a burden on their time, and I had to ask several questions to pull any information from them about what was done for my watch. I appreciate the work that was actually done, but in the future I will travel farther away for better customer service.
Neat shop selling new and antique clocks / time pieces. They repaired a 25 years old Seiko clock means a lot to me. The job was well done within a week and the new quartz movement was better than the original. I was able to get a ballpark estimate from Patricia which was the final price. Well worth 1.5 hours drive each way to the shop.
It took a while to fix my cuckoo clock, had to bring it to the Clock Factory many times. But they finally did it! Appreciate their patience and honouring the warranty.
