This is a long overdue review of my experience at L’ORO Sherway Gardens. I went in looking for a nice watch over a period of a few visits because I was looking for a specific piece. Throughout my visits, I interacted with Yoonhee. She was brilliant – she answered all the questions that I had, assisted me with my search and when I went to pick up my watch, she and Tai provided me with specific information about my watch. She even pampered my sons with chocolate treats! Thank you very much, Yoonhee. You gained a customer for life.
I went to this store to get my watch sized. Yoonhee was helping me and she was so nice, friendly and attentive. They have a beautiful selection of watches too. We will definitely come back to this store in the future next time we are looking for a luxury watch.
Wonderful selection of watches on hand and if they don't have the specific watch you are after they will get it for you. I was looking for a particular watch that is now pretty hard to find and Elizabeth went the extra distance to get it for me. Thanks again!
Great store with a nice atmosphere. Tai worked with me while I decided on a time piece. He was knowledgeable and professional. The man looks like he walked off the set of a James Bond movie. Super professional and super on point. I was blown away with his product knowledge and his genuine passion for watches. I highly recommend working with Tai and I am sure I will be back in the future!
My friend Peter & I finally went to check out Loro at Sherway. Like Loro at Markville, the Sherway store was locked to casual walk-in traffic. We were shown around by Long (hope I spelled that right). The inventory at Sherway differs from Markville a little. We spent the most time looking at the Grand Seiko & Glashutte since both Peter & I feel the GS represent amazing quality & engineering for the price, and Peter was showing me the Panomatic he had in his collection. I had a wonderful time watch shopping at L'Oro. The first time I really just popped in without intending to purchase anything and, despite that, I really got excellent service and was shown all the pieces that struck my fancy. Next time I was back the service was equally as great when I purchased the watch I have been lusting after for so long. Highly recommended.
Tai and Tamara were fantastic. I had contacted every IWC dealer in Canada and a few in the US, including IWC international and IWC Canada, to no avail. None of them could be bothered to reply to my inquiries. Tai replied immediately and was friendly and helpful throughout the transaction. I received my purchase in a very timely manner and would recommend L'ORO to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you.
