This clinic is a complete waste of time. Showed up with a sprained ankle from a workplace injury an hour before close and the reception literally lied to my face about number of people waiting (said 8 but only 2 people in waiting room) and instructed me to walk 40 mins to the nearest clinic.
Didn't have time to thank Dr D'Silva for her incredible work and help. Receptionist was sweet and professional as well. I've been in this clinic 3 times and each visit was satisfied. Waiting room, washroom and everyting else were nice and clean. Thank you so much for your service. Will come again despite all negative reviews.
I've been here multiple times. The hours are kind of weird so you really need to call ahead, but most of the time I'm seen very quickly. As for the doctors-- Dr. D'Silva is excellent, would highly recommend. Very very practical and realistic advice, and you can see she really cares about her patients and isn't just checking off a list. I don't really like the other two doctors though, I felt like they were rushing me out the door.
terrible place, I can't say which doctors, because the people at the reception are so terribly unpleasant that the only thing I wanted was to get out faster, I'm generally surprised how this polyclinic still exists with such a detached attitude towards people
This clinic has gone SO DOWNHILL over the years and today was it for me. They CLOSED EARLY AGAIN. It's a WALK IN CLINIC, so people like myself come to WALK IN while SICK and it's closed?!?!?!?!? Early!!! Just close down for good already, your useless and you guys absolutely suck. Definitely don't care about the rest of us that's for sure.
Please read reviews before visiting this place, a lot of people write about discrimination, my mistake was that I only read the reviews when I had already encountered it people, beware of this place, protect yourself and your family, there are a lot of good clinics and people, only negative emotions, bad mood and unresolved health problems await you in this place, I regret very much that I once chose this particular institution, now I will read more carefully reviews and choose more carefully, thank you to the lady at the reception for a good experience
Only doctors office I have been to that tries to make money off the masks they provide. $2 a mask ya no thank you but I won’t assist you in lining your pockets in green.
