I had a great experience at this walk-in clinic. Dr. Beshay and Dr. Makar were both excellent — attentive, professional, and caring. The staff are welcoming, organized, and efficient. I was seen quickly, and the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The clinic was clean and well organized, and I felt well cared for from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable medical care.

been here twice and both times were about the same experience. my family who has been here has also experienced the same. This time, I came after walk-in hours (i didn’t know, i was in pain and needed some help!) anyway they took me which was nice. However, both times i’ve seen Dr. Makar, she’s made me feel bad! Like I was wasting her time. I know I came in after walk in hours but if you’re gonna act like that, don’t even take me! She generally made me feel bad and like i was over reacting. I came in for abdominal pain and she gave me nothing for it other than an ultrasound req and some meds for something else. I was in pain all night and almost went to the hospital. If you want to feel comforted and heard (especially if it’s about a sensitive topic!) i wouldn’t recommend going to this clinic. Both times I just made it to my car before breaking down in tears because of how she’s made me feel. i didn’t feel listened to at all and Im actually in the hospital today with the pain i tried to tell her about yesterday, with an ovarian cyst-like i suspected. At the very least she could’ve helped me with the pain and should have better bedside manner with her patients especially if it’s a touchy subject. never coming here again!
REVIEW FOR RECEPTIONIST ONLY.....Receptionist hates her job and needs a new one, one that doesn't require her to be personable, caring, respectful or on time. Never thought this could happen to me at a medical facility and I will ensure no one is hurt the way I was today .
Best experience Doctor is so nice and listened to my problem patiently. Receptionist at the front desk was very polite and answer my every question in very nice and polite way even i asked the same thing twice.
