Another clinic that doesn't answer the phone. Says they are open for another hour and get there after paying for parking to discover they have a sign that says they are closed and if online says they're open, then they reached capacity ans done for the day. There wasn't anyone there. This was my 3rd one this evening.
Came in at 6:35 PM and the clinic was closed, even though both the website and Google Maps say they’re open until 8 PM. Staff said the doctor had already seen 50 patients and wasn’t accepting more. Please update your hours or provide accurate walk-in limits or answer phone calls.
I visited the clinic on weekday, right before it opens up at 9:00 am. I had 6 people ahead of me. And then 5-6 more after me. I got registered for walk in at 9:30 am. The Receptionist said i have to wait 1 hour and I was okay with it. I grabbed coffee from nearby shop and came back. It took exactly 3.5 hours for the Doctor to see us. I cant explain how frustrating it was sitting there while having fever and weakness. Think twice before heading there. If you have in-total 5 hours to spare for the day then please go ahead. Also 20-25 dollars for parking every-time you visit.
When I was unwell and unable to get through to my family doctor, I visited this walk in clinic. I was seen by Dr.Zeb. He was fast, efficient and a very pleasant man to deal with.
My favourite walk in clinic! I come here whenever I have an issue with my health. I never have to wait long and they always tell me what time they'll take me. So I can go get coffee or even sometimes go back home. Yes, sometimes the wait is a little longer, but nobody knows how long it will take each patient. In my many many times I visited this place, I got amazing help 90% of the time. The bad things I can say are don't go to the cardiologist they recommend in the same building and check which doctor is going to see you. If its Dr. Barbara - wait for the next doctor.
Arrived at 9:50 am and was told to come back at 1:45 pm because they are full of appointments. (There was 1 person in the waiting room) Are you a walk-in like you advertise or are you a family doctor practice?
Absolutely fantastic people work here. The front desk staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. They work *extremely* hard, and always follow through. The doctors are some of the best I have ever dealt with. We are very lucky to have this health team in our neighbourhood.
