There is good and some improvements. The food, service and atmosphere are great - which was exactly what we experienced the last time we stayed. However, I'm beyond shocked that you pay the same price for a non-alcoholic beverage as you do for one with alcohol. Apparently, this has been raised by to management, and not been resolved. To me, as an elite marriott member, I find this very disappointing and disingenuous. I hope this gets resolved and that the staff no longer are put in the impossible position to deal with this without any legitimate reason.
I had the Butter Chicken. It came with both naan and rice. The chicken was tender and moist. Not overly spicy or salty. It was a quality meal. The waitress lady was very kind as well.
We had the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet and they serve the usual menu like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc…but the pancake was missing. Food is kept warm, and there’s lots of bread choices. Fruits, cereals, and oats are also available. The staff were really fantastic, super friendly, helpful, and respectful. We will definitely come again if friends have layover of 3 hrs in Toronto and enjoy the breakfast and a good chat!
Nice hotel restaurant for travelers. And they will accommodate your dietary needs which is a plus. Being low carbs for my diet it was nice to have a lamb burger as a lettuce wrap and then a side salad instead of fries (I'll remember to hold the croutons next time). Overall, nice place and saved me a walk to find dinner elsewhere.
Lynne was absolutely the best help, flight was delayed, used vouchers, she ensured out 2 little munchkins were first taken care of then ensured we had the best experience. Her recommendation was great, order the calamari it's great. Next day breakfast buffet was well worth the money. The variety was exceptional. Thank you for hosting our family.
My friends flight was delayed she got a voucher to stay at Marriott and could use her meal voucher at hotel. Lynne was very nice and gave as a great recommendation for dinner. Plus earlier she helped us with the elevator. Such a kind woman really nice to meet genuine people like her.
Nothing wrong with the service and food, but parked in their parking lot and received a ticket for $98.00. I drove into the entrance of the parking lot and gate popped open and I drove in and parked and then went for lunch. After lunch asked a few individuals who had a Maroitt unform on as what to do about parking and they said don't worry. Now trying to clear it up with staff and getting nowhere.
