This is another great gem to check out. Food is pretty good and there is a lot of seating. It does have social house in the name so it is a louder atmosphere which I was expecting!
Food: Was not impressed with the food presentation and flavour. Chicken was dry and cheese lasagna was just cheese and a couple layers of pasta. Dessert was good if it was cheesecake or lava cake. Atmosphere was loud. If you like the scene of listening to music and having a solid place to have some drinks; this place is great for that. With a large party, their set up was beautiful and private. Lighting was not great to see the food. (This was in the higher section of the restaurant.) The staff and owners rectified the issues we had with the food and were kind to help make it worth our while to stay there. Service was great, quick and easy to ask someone for help when needed. It was unfortunate to have this experience as a first timer. I do hope others will have a better one.
Went as a company event. Ended up getting extra and was served by Savannah the entire time. What a server.Always there, bubbly personality, genuinely couldn’t have asked for better. If you get her, consider yourself lucky. Had an amazing time. Give my girl her free meal!!
We were actually very disappointed in the food at Long branch tonight. The chicken fingers were extremely overcooked and the fries were horrible. Shoelace fries. The nachos were not good either. We probably would not come back for food. We still love the atmosphere for drinks but we did not have good food.
My family held a private party here and honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The venue itself is gorgeous — great atmosphere , perfect lighting, plenty of space for lots of people to eat, drink, and mingle without feeling cramped. Food was straight-up incredible. We did order food from a catering menu and everything that came out was a hit and even the picky eaters in the group were raving about the salads and apps. Portion sizes were generous too, nobody left hungry. Throughout planning and hosting this party the staff at Long Branch Social House made it easy and they were very friendly and professional.
I like the atmosphere and music was great however I wouldn’t recommend the dinner. I had the curry and my noodles were totally hard/uncooked with lukewarm broth. My partner had a chicken Caesar that came with virtually no dressing. We told the server but regardless paid a hefty bill for food we didn’t much enjoy.
Love having this amazing restaurant in our neighbourhood. It’s our go-to. The food is great and live music is such a vibe! Love to stop in any chance I get. See you guys soon!
