From which meal will I begin to praise. The samosas are delicious whether you prefer veggies or beef. Rice ooh so nicely cooked, chicken, beef and lambs taste like homemade and their humus super.
I would call this place a hidden gem. I tried their chicken shawarma plate when my colleague ordered it for me. I was so surprised about the quantity and quality I got for $11. The taste is amazing and the portion is huge. This is one of my favourite lunch spots now.
I tried their chicken shawarma wrap (~$9 after tax) and 3 potato samosas ($5 after tax). The chicken shawarma wrap was huge and packed tight. The chicken was well seasoned and the other topping options tasted great too. It’s nice and saucy and will be messy. For the price this is absolutely worth it!! The potato samosas were so satisfying too! The potatoes were the perfect texture and the spicy garlic dip it came with was great. The owners are very friendly too!
I have been eating here for over five years now. The food is always delicious. The owner is very friendly. You get huge portions for the money that you pay.
Such a delight to find this gem in a Lakeshore area. Awesome quick service, chicken wrap took me to heavens, huge juicy and delicious as it should be. A final touch of their marvellous Baklava forced me to write this review. Thank you very much! Highly recommend!
Best shawarma and poutine in the city! I tried them at different big chains but this one nourished not only my stomach but my soul. The wholesome service and cozy ambient warmed my heart. Foods were freshly made, very flavorful and delicious!
Food was very mediocre compared to a year ago.. happened last time too where the chicken shwarama was burnt and the shwarama poutine was soggy. Will not be giving this place another chance.
