I ordered a hotdog today at 5:45pm on Sunday November 9th and attempted to use my recipe card, although the employees didn’t know how to properly enter and swipe the card. I work at another NYF in the gta and was disappointed in the service from the staff as they didn’t create a fair solution for myself as the customer. I shoud have received 20% off but in return got the 10% mall discount.
There is a lot of options to choose from. The fries are also always fresh. The staff are also nice and very warm. They greet people with smile and are easy to.
They've poutine with vegetarian gravy so suitable for vegetarians. It's located in food court on first floor of the west mall. Do give it a shot if you are in the area
Rej was a fantastic server, very kind and polite and ensured my order was correct and delicious. She is a very good representative of NYF! I will be coming back often!
