After reading a review regarding not having an account, doesn’t resonate much with the service that I’ve experienced. Gentlemen from front desk stood by his word and found the rare part from zurn in order for me to complete my work and understood the seriousness of the situation and got me the part way ahead of lead time! Great work Noble!

Everyone from AquaRescue Plumbing deals with Eddy most of the time and its always great experience. Sometimes he uses his personal phone to give estimates faster and we really appreciate that! As licensed plumbers we deal with lots of clients every day, and having knowledgeable guy who knows exactly what we need and understands it over the phone makes a huge difference. Eddy is our guy!!!

Overall service was okay. They never answer their phones. Also the rough looking guy with the big beard..he has terrible breath. Almost puked when he spoke to me. Other than that okay place.

Seems like they don't care about customers or, customer service, don't even answer the phone. Great way to run a business. Could take a lesson from your competition next to you. Will be shopping for my supplies and, sending all my customers to H2O bath and plumbing supplies.

yes like others have said, the counter staff could use some lessons in customer service and acknowledging someone looking to BUY something is a good start. Wont be back. So what if im a COD account, im still a customer and you just lost future sales.

Walked in to this branch. Spoke to this very short ,arrogant idiot at the counter. He was rude as hell ,but seemed confident in their products. I had to tell him four times as to the correct fitting I needed. Not a thank you for your business just your receipt slapped on the counter without an eye glance. I will never use or recommend this branch to ANYONE ! I’d rather pay more somewhere else.
