Fiona at H2O is a gem! She is incredibly knowledgeable and forthright in her opinions. I bought and renovated a 1350 square foot condo. I had to plan and purchase everything for two bathrooms and my kitchen (among other things.) Together, over 6 months, she assisted me. We landed on Baril fixtures in warm gold (for the kitchen) and Baril polished nickel for the bathrooms. She recommended suppliers for beautiful tiles. I brought my countertop and hardware samples in for her to see and help me realize my vision. Before I even put down a deposit, Fiona was just helpful and never dismissive. I went to other places as part of my research but came back to H2O because of Fiona!
Fiona has expert ideas and is so pleasant to work with! Combine this with high quality products and great service. Who knew plumbing could be so much fun and have such satisfying results!
H2O is a stellar location for good quality bath and kitchen supplies. We worked with Fiona for a FAST turn around order of a Zitta branded shower door coming from Quebec. In truth, we had previously ordered from another reseller who absolutely dropped the ball delaying our renovation by 4 weeks. After cancelling with the other vendor, Fiona and H2O were able to get us the same product from the same vendor within 5 days. It is clear that H2O has nurtured great relationships with their suppliers and H2O was on top of communications all throughout. We are beyond happy with their service and are absolutely thrilled with the high quality of the Zitta shower door product (impressive organized packaging of hardware, clear instructions, smooth slide and magnetic click in alignment of the door, real metal dividing the glass on the outside of the door instead of vinyl tape like other brands). We absolutely LOVE our new shower.
When asking about one product, which you don’t carry, don’t try to change the sales pitch to suit your stock. When a customer requests something, don’t try to convince the customer that they don’t need or want what they are askkng for, and DON’T make them feel uncomfortable or awkward making a request. Your sales people on Kipling Ave. have some lessons to learn when it comes to sales. We’ll go elsewhere… thanks anyway.
Each time I call H20 Bath and Plumbing, the sales staff (Henry and Fiona) and Rob (in the parts department) have provided me with excellent service. They ask me about the style I’m trying to achieve, and suggest a variety of good quality products. They are not pushy and give as much time as you need to make a decision. I appreciate their expertise and feel that I can count on them for sound, unbiased advice.
This has been the best experience shopping for new bathroom fixtures! It’s hard choosing this stuff when you are not using a designer. Fiona helped me select the best sink, taps, shower fixtures. Best customer service ever.
Sales staff very nice to deal with, however, the issues started when I got my product. Got product (Tap for bathtub) that was defective, would not honor the exchange despite the issue was found immediately after purchase. Had to deal with manufacturer instead. Will not go back again.
