Ordered an xl pizza for the office, it was just okay. No extra cheese as ordered, skimpy on toppings and felt rushed placing the order although it was well before the noon hour rush.
I miss the previous owners. How they made pizza was with care and balance. The toppings were well placed and nothing over powering. Now under new management they single handily ruined this pizza spot for good. They put way too much cheese, they slap the pizza with too much of the same toppings, its just a whole mess of a place. This Pizzaville location sucks now. You're better off going to PizzaNova or Hut down the street.
This place is heavenly for me some times. In morning due to early shifts. I won't be able to breakfast in morning. However, this is the store that fulfills my morning breakfast needs. The girl over here, riya probably. She so nice at her job. She is always nice to me every I met her.
Ever since the old owners left, this place has gone downhill. The new staff that works here does not meet the qualifications and standards of running a business ..They don’t use gloves when making a pizza.. everyone that is preparing food should be wearing hairnets because I found the long black hair in my Pizza.. super disgusting and very disappointing as I was a regular customer.. stay away from this location.. take a drive and go to a different Pizzaville. They deserve zero stars!
Since the new management or owners have taken over, this place is absolutely horrible. My order was wrong cold and soggy. Which is amazing because I had to wait way longer than normal for my order. The staff was very confused, running around like they didn’t know what they were doing the man at the cashier let a random stranger touch up another customers pizza, and then put it back like nothing. This used to be one of my families go to spot we will not be returning.
Ordered delivery tonight. The whole experience was worth the 5 stars. The guy who took my order was quick and polite. The delivery driver was making my son laugh while we were exchanging the money for the pizza. And the pizza was top notch. We ordered a party size pepperoni, bacon, green pepper, and mushroom. Every bite was packed with cheese and toppings. It was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be ordering again soon!
