Till now it was the best. I have experienced working in the pizza industry. Recently noticed that the pizzas are ready made. Not making the Dow. Very unhealthy and others comment density /layer of pizza is different. That’s the whole reason.
Purchase a medium size pizza it was over baked, with hard crust. Requested to have it remade the cashiers refused to remake it satisfactory with no interest of understanding the needs of a customer.
I called the store at 3180 lakeshore hoping to place an order. It was 40 mins prior to closing and whoever was working there on this day told me that business was very slow so the kitchen was closed and I couldn’t place an order. Terrible service.
Traveling through Toronto on our way to Niagara Falls, we really wanted pizza but there was nowhere to stop and get pizza on this stretch as it was too busy, until we reached here, took our chance and went in and ordered some slices it was very well made the girl was awesome very pleasant behind the counter my son even went back in and thanked them personally I would highly recommend anybody stop in. This place makes amazing pizza. The crust was perfect it was thin.The sauce had a little bit of spice to it. I'm pretty sure they had 2 different kinds of cheese on the pizza. First pizza i have had in awhile that wasn't greasy. It was very tasty. If I ever drive by it again I will stop in. Kudos Guys
Not the best pepperoni slice I've had, not offensive or bad, just not flavorful. Great crispy crust. I'm gonna give a cheese slice a shot next time and see how that is

I'm giving them one star because there is no 0 option. This is the worst customer service experience ever. A woman called me saying they run out of some ingredients and they would be changing for some others I didn't complain and I accepted the offer just for them ending up canceling my order without notice. When I called back the guy just argued with me and blamed skip the dishes and wasn't even able to offer me a solution. Anyways I ended up ordering from domino's. I won't be ordering again very disappointed
