Outstanding experience from start to finish. You can tell the pizzaiolo is passionate about what they do. Authentic, flavorful pizza with great attention to detail. If you’re a pizza lover, this place is a must-try.
The food is fairly decent—definitely better than Pizza Pizza in terms of quality. Unfortunately, the staff are extremely lazy and rarely do their jobs properly. The only reason I keep coming back is because there are no other pizza places within walking distance, and this one at least has decent pizza.
I honestly have no time to write reviews but I attended this location today and the pizza had a strange smell to it and there was buggars or nose snot found in my food. I have attached pictures, I know this review won’t stop people from going here. However, I hope if someone reads this don’t go to this location maybe try another location because I don’t even want to go to Pizzaioli at all after this my experience was really bad. I lost my appetite and any thought of eating pizza
I knew when the box weighed more than the pizza, I wasn't getting much. Asked for it well done and nothing was done well. Overall thumbs down on quantity and quality
Staff sitting around playing on his phone while the tables are filthy, a slice that was in the oven for all of 45 seconds - yeah....it was cold. And a debit machine that begs for tips. Come on....just charge the price you need to cover your costs and pay your staff decently....the constant begging for a tip is annoying. Someone took a slice from the display, put in the oven, cuts it and then hands it to me.....and you're seriously asking for a tip? For what? (Edit).....the owner responded....no comment on the sloppy tables?
The worst service ever!!! They deserve negative points after how they treated me. First they said the delivery will be 20 mins (I live 5 mins from them) but then after 35mins they said it’s on the way so I waited another hour and still nothing but then after 1 hour and 45 mins, i finally got the pizza that was crumbled and mushed up into a ball and looked like dog’s breakfast. When I called the place, they didn’t apologize and said deal with Uber as they order was made through them. So worst customer service, really bad food and terrible delivery service!!!
Mediocre pizza at best. If you're gonna use a Little Caesar's amount of cheese than use a Little Caesar's pricepoint. Toppings tasted old. Likely a location-specific issue. Biggest corporate problem is the crust. Seems like they make every crust from the same dough recipe, which of course isn't going to produce good results. Regular is fine. Thin crust is not thin. Indistinguishable from regular crust. Deep dish is a disgraceful joke. Not fluffy, no crispy edges, not good. At all. And when you quadruple your crust amount, you have to up the toppings to match, otherwise all you have is a massive amount of gummy low-quality dough that's barely cooked under a see-through thin layer of toppings.
