Came in for their 40% off paint sale and was met with knowledgeable, and professional staff. Zayna really helped me out with a few questions about re-painting walls that needed to be primed. (I'm an amateur at best when it comes to painting). She was also a perfectionist as she accurately matched a paint sample from benjamin moore. Overall, a great experience.
I know nothing about paint other than what colour I want. This store is a great place to get exactly what you need, quickly and efficiently, even if you have to ask a few questions. Staff are great and know the products inside and out. All in all, a little hidden gem of a store and I’m glad it’s in my neighbourhood.
Doug is an absolutely amazing paint expert and was so very helpful in my decision process and first visit to the store. I left the store thinking about how wonderful Doug was - talk about customer service!! I was considering checking out a Benjamin Moore dealer as there were a few colour choices that I wanted to see, but now I’d rather not. Customer service these days barely exists, but this guy could teach a course in it!
