We repainted a few rooms with custom colors, and the team at the store was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They matched our samples perfectly. After trying many locations and brands over the years, this was by far the best experience and result. Benjamin Moore paint truly stands out—excellent coverage, long-lasting, and the quality never fades. In a world where everything feels cheaper, this paint still delivers. One coat is often enough, and the matte finish is my favorite. I’ve tried them all even Sherwin-Williams (extremely overrated and very mediocre ) and nothing compares. I won’t use any other brand again.
Update: Frank the store manager reached out to me to further understand the situation and rectify it. He went out of his way to ensure the latest product purchased is the right one for the location and environment to ensure this does not happen again. He also took ownership of the lady who recommended the incorrect product/application. Thank you Frank! Original 1 star review: Picked up Sansin products for dock last year. Didn’t last even a year. Went back today and was advised the lady that sold us the clear coat should have also sold the stain as well. The lady had confirmed to me that to get the natural colour, the clear stain is perfectly fine. But today was told that stain doesn’t actually do anything on its own! Here we go again to sand, and redo the docks without any responsibility from this location. Do your research before buying. Do not take the employees word, not really experts.
I stopped by the store for the first time to pick up some paint swatches and try to figure out the right color for my home. Ivana helped me out, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I was looking for. I had a lot of questions, but she made the whole process feel easy and even enjoyable. I honestly didn’t expect it to be so simple, but thanks to her help, I walked away feeling confident with my choice. Really appreciate the great service—Ivana made all the difference!
I have been to this location multiple times in the past year. Ivana has always helped me choose the right colours and is also very patient and knowledgeable. I have visited another location but always come back to this one for their superior customer service. Thank you !
Went to the Benjamin Moore store today on Advance Road in Etobicoke and was very pleased. Danny helped me and it’s been awhile since I’ve painted but he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products. I would highly recommend going here and ask for Danny to help you. Will be going back for my next painting needs.
I wanted to try Renner and didn’t know anything about the product. Shane got on the phone and explained everything to me, then offered to drive an hour to my work site to bring me the product. When he arrived we weren’t ready to spray and he saw we were struggling with some prep work. He stayed and helped and gave us advice on how to do it. Then he returned the next day to check on us and we needed more help and advice and all I can say is this guy went above and beyond what I would ever expect ANY rep to do! I have been in business 10 years and deal with a lot of reps and great reps too…but Shane is incredible. I wanted to call the store and let the owner know personally, I’m hoping he/she reads this. You got yourself a keeper I’ll tell you that!
This was our first time in the store and we were so impressed with the layout, cleanliness and most of all the customer service. Everyone was so courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We will be going back for all our future painting projects!
