My first time at Dulux .I must say. Kathy, gave me the most helpful service and hints I'll always use when painting. She has a great way with customers and I'm just so glad I decided to visit the store. I'm recommending Kathy to friends and family for their painting or supply needs. Thanks
Kathy was a dream to work with. She took time to explain the whole colour match process to us, what to expect when the paint dried and what to look out for when painting. We had a lovely conversation with her while the paint was mixing on a more personal level as well which was a breath of fresh air. She will be the reason we come back to this location in the future for any paint needs. 10/10 customer service experience!
Went in on Sunday July 13 2025 ... Was helped by the sweetest friendliest most professional lady I have encountered in a very long time. She did a pretty difficult color match on a Tremclad Fire Red , and she executed it perfectly . The color is a perfect match and looks awesome . I have been using this store for quite some time and all the staff is awesome ! However today really stood out for me . Thanks for the great service Kathy ( I hope I got her name right ) See you guys again soon !
I went there super early in the morning. They had what I need. The other paint store down the road did not. They open at a perfect time The only downfall to this place is The courier company across the street blocking everybody in. However, the employee that was working in the morning did go across himself to make them move so customers could get out on top of that he was a super nice guy and very helpful
Wonderful customer service! Cathy was able to help us determine how much paint we needed, directed us to sale items and notified us of their CAA program, plus lovely conversation
During the covid-19 lockdown we purchased quite a bit of paint from this location and they were very helpful in showing us how to place the order and very prompt with mixing up the paints for the orders I believe they were ready in a few hours
Got two gallons of delicate white for my washrooms. The paint was a different color than the other delicate white paint I bought for my bedrooms. The store admitted their mistake but refused to take the paint back. Would not recommend a paint store that cannot provide paint in the requested color.
