VAL was my nail tech today and she was amazing. She made great recommendations for my nails. She was also so lovely to talk to, she truly loves what she does. You can tell by the effort she puts into her work
Go across the street...Worse service ever. They make the mistake , rush completely and gaslight you into believing you are the issue. Ive been going to Lily for over a year but the lack of attention to detail and respect is ridiculous.....I am paying for a service plus tipping and they cant do a proper full job.
Your experience at this nail salon is dependent on who your nail tech is. Obviously, some are more meticulous and more pleasant than others. For example, two nail techs doing the same service can result in a different result or timing. I can speak for the one I use, Van. She is one of the most pure hearts I have ever met: always pleasant, kind, attention to detail and takes pride in her work! It may take a bit longer but if you want a relaxing, thorough job with massages, cream and no short cuts, she’s your lady.
If their work is not enough of a reason to come here than their warmth is! Always calling customers by name and remembering the ages of your kids and the trip you planned on going on last year - the staff here makes it clear that they love their work and enjoy getting to know clients. They always have a smile on their face which helps brighten anyone's day and super accommodating! I've come here many times over the years for a number of services, but more recently I had to get my nails done with my one year old son and the staff was so helpful when he was getting restless. Taking him by hand and allowing him to walk around the salon. They played with him so well that he fell asleep on their shoulders! That type of kindness is hard to find nowadays! Thank you for always being do accommodating!

Went to the nail salon today after ages! As soon as I got in the lady told me to have a seat at #6 while she was getting her own acrylic nails done from her colleague. Made me wait 10 mins. I had limited time as well as it’s Christmas Eve. Asked #5 if it would take time and told the workers that I could come back. The nails ladies kept saying no no just a few mins. Finally #6 arrived in the stinging mood ever. Extremely rude and kept speaking in Vietnamese with #5. 100% sure that they were speaking about me. #6 doesn’t do a good job and I would recommend #5 (Fan). I always go to her but she was booked. I walked out unsatisfied and promised myself not to go ever again.
Hang was so friendly. Initiated conversation And was very attentive to make sure everything was perfect. For a working mom this hour was Precious to me and she truly made it relaxing.
