I have done my nails with Lucy she is good, I do bio gel. However I did my nails Monday June 30 and once I left I noticed they were thin and not as hard. They were scratching me and one popped off from just opening the fridge door. I called to have them fix it and they want to charge me $5-$10 which I wouldn’t mind if it would’ve been my fault. Obviously they cheated out and didn’t put enough product. Manger was not Friendly and showed no good customer service. Will not be going back because of him.
Attended requesting a manicure service, the staff told me to sit down. No acknowledgement of when I will be seen. I say quietly as I saw one woman working and the other scrolling on her phone(the same one who told me to sit). One male worker just passes by and walked out the back door.I sat there for a bit before exiting. Waste of time place.
Tim is a fantastic nail artist. I was upset at first and his approach and communication was amazing. I will definitely be booking with him again, thank you Tim the shape is beautiful!
Got my nails, my mom’s nails, and my sister’s nails done here a couple days ago and they all did a great job. We made an appointment prior to coming in and they were super flexible with us. Timmy did my nails and did a fantastic job, great environment, and we had a fabulous mother-daughter day thanks to them. The lady that did my mother’s nails also did a great job!
First time coming to glossy nails. Timmy did an amazing job. I live up north in Woodbridge and I must say, it was worth coming down to do my nails here. Consider me as a regular customer now thanks to Timmy. Super talented!
Very disappointed with Tom a nail tech at Glossy nails. He was sooo rude to my 9 year old who was getting her nails painted. He yelled at her telling to STOP MOVING! I didn’t hear him over the noise in the salon, or I would have told him off. Then my nail broke 2 days later so, I asked him if I could go in and fix it as I had family function the next day, He replied no! sorry I don’t care about ppl and my boss doesn’t pay me enough to stay later than 7pm. I thought he was kidding but when he hung up the phone I realized he was not. This is extremely sad as I’ve been here in the past and never encountered such disgusting and disrespectful person like Tom. I guess it’s off to find a new place.
Probably the best mani and pedi I have ever received. Tom and his associate Matt did an absolutely incredible job. They were meticulous in perfecting the nails. Their standard of hygiene were impressive. They listened to our specific needs and took such pride in performing the service. Highly recommend.
