I felt I have been cheated, bought 256 gb usb c Kingston @ 102 $ inclusive of tax , but then I saw same Kingston selling 25 $ in Amazon. Please check price before you buy anything from this store, don’t believe him he will cheat you.
I had a great experience at this mobile repair shop! They fixed my phone quickly and professionally at a very fair price. Along with repairs, they also have a nice collection of mobile accessories like earbuds, speakers, and covers — all at reasonable rates. The staff were friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable phone service or good gadget deals!
Terrible customer service. When something is supposed to be “final sale” they should make that known before letting someone purchase. Didnt give a receipt after purchase and blamed it on us. I now know why no one is ever in this place. Avoid it.
Don’t know how to talk to customers! Worst service ever! I have a business too and all what we do is make sure the customer has the upper hand. The employees here are just breaking business for this place. We went in the morning to get an adapter for lightning to usb c. She was pretty nice talking and gave me I paid for it too. And when she was giving she was asking if i already have the usb c cable to plug in im like yeah yeah. And I purchased it went home and it doesn’t work with the microphone I wanted to use it with. I thought it might be my microphone so I tried to connect other devices and it didn’t work. So we went back to either ask for another one or get a return. And she literally came at us saying “oh you can’t use that microphone in this is not the thing used for that. You said you have the cable.” And then I said well it didnt work with the microphone or when i connected my other devices maybe can you do a refund. She said “no we only do store credit” we were like you never said it was final sale or gave us a receipt and then the two girls got together saying they asked if we wanted the receipt which they didn’t. There was two of us too. If it is final sale aren’t they suppose to say when checking out. Its mostly the way this girl was talking. She had zero respect. We asked if we can talk to a manager she said I dont know lol. I was like okay if this thing that we just bought that is not an adapter if it can’t charge or connect to the microphone what does it do( i was being very nice to her in the beginning even though she was coming at me for every single word i said. Didn’t even let me talk). Then she said you can connect devices example like iphone to an iphone. I said it didnt work with my ipad. She said she will show. And then she plugged my iphone with hers and then a message popped in my screen that said do you trust this computer and she asked me if she can do “trust or no” i said sure. And then she goes I am not doing that then all my details will come to your phone and this is my personal phone. Then why the heck did she ask me what i wanna fo trust or no trust. And at the end we were like no point of even arguing with these people. Just give me something and i asked for a phone case in return. She asked what phone i have and I said I have a iphone 11. And this girl is telling me no i have an iPhone 12 lol we both instantly laughed. She clearly doesn’t know what the heck she is even doing or saying. We just took the glass and left. What bad way of just talking to a customer. Doesn’t even know how to respect and when we tried to say something she just kept on saying you are responsible you are at fault. Even bad for the mall to have employees like that. As the cloverdale community is very small.
Today I went to store for help regarding data transfer and virus removal, Mg is very helpful and did the job correctly and quickly. Must Visit if you have any repiar or any issue!
Today I went to store for help regarding data transfer and there was some virus on my phone, the guy charged me 50$ and didn't even complete the process poor service I don't recommend anyone to go there for repair ot data transfer. They take money and don't do the job.
Went in looking for a screen protector, and this place had the best selection, including the one I was looking for, for an older model phone. The prices were very reasonable and they were able to install it when I purchased it, keeping all the packaging and leaving the store with only what I went in for. I would recommend this location.
