Dishonest retailer in such a reputable mall. They say they have a lifetime warranty as a way to sell you their product then when you go to redeem the warranty they say no. Abdul was dishonest saying his Manager is not available and then that he is the Manager. Absolutely disgusted that the mall will allow such a dishonest and crooked retailer to sell at their mall. Will definitely voice my concern to management as such a business ruins the reputation of Sherway Gardens. Never felt so cheated in my life and this really needs to be addressed so others are not a target. As you can see from other reviews others also had the same experience as us and the lifetime warranty is used as their sales tactict. Buyer beware!!!
My wife bought a screen and lens protector 3 months ago. They claim that their products are durable and that they have a lifetime warranty, but both claims are wrong. We went back to get a replacement though the lifetime warranty claim but they denied it and wouldn't replace them. Overall these guys are liars and dishonest. Highly recommend to stay away!
