This spot fixed my phone but they didn’t do a good job I I went back and I asked him to fix it. Then the man told me it would cost me more and I was just outraged. How can you tell me that you fixed my phone the day before and the next day it’s not working the phone screen was lagging. The screen kept slowing down and I was wondering, is it the phone or the screen and the screen that he put on it was one of the screens it’s extreme cheap aftermarket and I was wondering why would you not suggest to put the regular one opposed to putting in the cheaper one so I complain and I got my phone fixed but I would never recommend anybody to come to this place they have the worst customer service. Do not buy phones here! I had a pleasant experience the first time i went here, as a result, i referred people and vouched for them. On my second visit, trying to buy a phone, I was treated terribly with the highest disregard. I walked away after almost being forced to pay for a phone that was misrepresented to me before checking it. Save your time, money, and go elsewhere
* 0 Stars * Kesan Electronics (Formerly "Phone Doctors" at 1D-21 7205 Goreway Dr. - Westwood Mall, Mississauga). Went in April 2023 to have Samsung A32 5G phone screen replaced. Price was good + came with warranty. Got the usual that most comment on here about screen protector, service etc. Initially they installed the wrong screen for the phone (corrected in the end) as it was of a different part code as apparently the Samsung A32 5G's have more than one screen ("A" / "C", etc.) for the same phone. (Screen had to be brought in from another location) HOWEVER....within a week the screen stopped working even though it sat on a desk not used/touched as it was for a family member who was out of the country returning in 2 weeks. Hasan has since vanished (was told apparently "went back home to get married"), and contact info was not provided on shop door until May & shop was under renovations. Had to deal with someone else in May once alternate contact info for someone covering the business was provided & who wasn't connected to the shop (Apparently works for "Mobile Plus" as per business card) who told me the screen was faulty and that Hasan would have to replace it via warranty and that even though he was covering the business he could do nothing. Phone numbers (as provided on business card and info for coverage) either didn't answer, turned off, or unable to leave messages due to full mailboxes. Finally able to leave a message Mid-June and waited a week with to reply as shop was closed from April to June (apparently just re-opened 2 weeks ago). Went into store today to find out apparently Hasan sold the business (was told this afterwards when I mentioned the warranty that should be honored), never contacted anyone beyond text messages from April onwards & even caused issues with the guys covering him while he was away with not giving a working password for a laminate machine (was shown the text messages). VERY POOR service once money was given over, warranty not honored & Hasan refuses to return contact attempts. Stay away as these guys clearly have turned to some shady/scammy practices. Shop apparently is now called Kesan Electronics (Swapped from Phone Doctor's). I just want the screen replaced & for it to work as agreed upon & paid for. If you provide a warranty honor it or tell the customer up front that no warranty is provided which I made crystal clear that my service/screen had warranty prior to paying for the service and that if I had any issues to just bring the phone back and they would resolve it....not the case. Sometimes you get what you pay for....better off taking your phone to Samsung or Apple directly...might cost more but at least your phone works and is ACTUALLY covered via warranty. FYI - if I wanted to pay for a new screen again (without warranty of course this time) it would be more expensive than the 1st time I paid for it even though the part was in hand and store was empty at 1-1:30pm today. Will update review if warranty is honored and screen replaced & working free of charge as agreed upon when I originally paid for the screen replacement and made clear had warranty and free replacement would be provided should there be any issues. Owners can get my contact info via the 2 voice mails I left Hasan on his phone.
Horrible Customer Service. Will NEVER return here again. They sold me a refurbished phone as a brand new phone. The Samsung Note 8 they sold me was missing the pen and they accused me of dropping it somewhere. If you value your money do not shop from these guys.
Will never be back. I was coming to this place since they opened, for all repairs. Always recommended you. Never asked once for bargains. I guess typical desi mentality is kicking in eventually.
What a great customer service thay gave, for sure rate them 5 star ****** and recommend to everyone. I buy an IPAD and one cellphone from Kamram and his team, its working perfect
