Absolutely horrible experience. The mattress quality is terrible—cheap materials that start sagging within weeks. Their customer service is even worse: unresponsive, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Feels like they’re just out to take your money and disappear. Avoid this company at all costs.
Really good quality bed and mattresses and also the best customer service that I had ever come across. I would always recommend anyone to purchase everything from here. Without getting fooled from anywhere else.
I bought mattress from them….on 7th day it got deep from mid…I will not recommend to buy mattress from them…they just soldddd the mattress that’s it..no responsibilities…Bad experience
Bought 3 new mattress from king mattress and i found it like this on every one of them and the company said it comes like that not a big deal as they are least concerned ; they provided free delivery service that was good yet not ready for pickup or providing any other solution for me other than bringing that mattress at the store for repairs as i paid for new one not a torn mattress which needs to be repaired. The customer service is terrible as the guy on our phone was not ready to listen to me he was constantly rude and cuts off the call when we asked to provide a solution. Won’t recommend anyone for such poor customer service and bad product. Please don’t reply to me if you haven’t got any solution and if you want to just yap like you did on the call.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Purchased mattresses here for over 20 years, went back to see that the original owner is gone and the new management is operating from the same storefront. Bought my mattress, tried it for weeks and my back pain was awful. This forced me to buy a topper which I wanted to avoid at all costs. I contacted the store who avoided my texts and hid from warrantying their product or performing an exchange. Im now stuck with a mattress I cant use without pain. Go to Costco or buy from somewhere with a decent warranty. AVOID THIS PLACE.
