I needed a new mattress and wanted an adjustable frame too. I did some online browsing, liked Casper, and was glad to find that they had a physical shop where I could try out the products. I was greeted by Chris and was really happy to find that he was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and easy-going. Chris let me shop at my pace, not pressuring but available whenever I had a question (and I had a bunch, lol). He gave me an even better price than I anticipated based on the online sale. We had the best service from Zac. We purchased our dawn mattress in August but we required it delivered a couple of weeks later and he arranged everything for us. A few weeks after it's delivery, we realized we needed something a bit softer. We came back him and he arranged for the pick up and delivery of the replacement with no issues. We love our casper mattress and the quality service they provide. We highly recommend them and a big shout out to ZAC!!!
This is only the second time in my life that I have written a review for a business, but felt the need to call out one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Chris at the Casper Sherway Gardens location provided both my wife and I with some of the best service we have ever received. He was helpful, well-educated on the products, not pushy and went above and beyond to provide us with the best solution for our sleeping needs. I would highly recommend asking for Chris if you are ever in the store.
Excellent customer service and they seem to have the best price around! Hardik (Harry) was attentive and knowledgeable about the products they sell. He was able to guide me to the mattress that best suited me and ensured I had a great price! Mattress to be delivered tomorrow. I expect all to be well, however, I will adjust Rating, need be. Best experience you could ask for. My partner and I went to the Casper store at Sherway Gardens on Saturday after stepping into the Endy store first. It was a night and day experience compared to Endy. We spoke to Edward at Casper and he was great! Very easy to talk to, showed genuine interest and wasn’t pushy. Edward and the store manager (I apologize for not remembering your name) were able to secure us an amazing price for a Wave Hybrid Snow Mattress in the King size. The mattress arrived today, which I was happily surprised by, as it didn’t even take a full business day to have the mattress delivered to my home. Ended up calling back, to purchase the same bed in the Queen size for my parents and once again, they were able to give a great deal. I called back today to finalize my payment and spoke to Chris. Chris made our already great experience, even better. He was super friendly and ended up sending us out a gift to show their appreciation. TLDR: We love the mattress and the price we got it at. Great experience working with the Sherway Gardens staff, shoutout to Edward, Chris and the store manager. We will be recommending all of our friends and family to purchase their beds at Casper Sherway. Keep up the great work,

Unlike Endy specialist next door, who did not show interest in selling their product, Chris allowed us to explore and ask our questions. We purchased a Queen mattress and excited to recieve this.
