I wish there is a 0 star rating. Staff is very rude here to us when they knew that our order is small even started yelling at us. We call about a week ago to get pricing on custom size mattress. When we came prices were not as near as what they told us over call. Very disrespectful environment. Not customer friendly at all. Will never ever come here for any kind of purchase. Reply to owner’s response: I did not want to take a name but Richard is very rude dealing with their customers. May be he is the owner and that is why they are responding like this with an attitude. I ended up going to other store, paid little more but came home happy as a customer. We are not there to take your stuff free. We understand that may be pricing is not right for something we want but there is a way to handle your customer. Yelling at them is not an answer. I am not alone in this boat. I read other bad reviews and seems like owner does’t care to make it worth their time.
The Richard guy is the rudest person I have dealt with. They have this attitude where they think they are doing a favour by selling you the products. Don’t waste your time here.
I recently purchased the single bed mattress and had delightful shopping experience. Never go this place again, as shop owner is very rude and arrogant. He did not respect customer at all. Please shop somewhere else so owner learn his lesson how to talk to customer and give respectful response. Avoid this place at all.
#Owner is Rude# I recently visited this shop and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the owner. The owner was very rude and unhelpful throughout my visit. Despite my polite inquiries, the owner was dismissive and uninterested in assisting me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer service industry. I left the shop feeling frustrated and disappointed with the overall experience. As a result, I cannot recommend this shop to others and will not be returning in the future.
I bought one mattress the person talk so nice then in total I bought 4 mattresses month later all of them start sinking I went to the shop few times he said bring it back on Thursday because the guy who fix comes on Thursday then not Thursday he said he will let me know when to bring back never heard anything I fed up I bought all four from Costco good quality and warranty stay away from this kind small shops they say something and put cheap stuff in it
It was a pleasure meeting the owners. They were very friendly and give me fair prices for high quality prices. I would recommend anyone to this location.
