Tiffin is so bad tried it before long time ago but this month had alot of stomach issues food was 3rd class all the time curry was just water and curd. Gravies were always low class and had similar taste everyday had to survive the bad taste everytime. Needs serious improvement.
Writing this anonymously as a female customer, because I know how feedback like this is usually received. I’m speaking on behalf of four regular customers who have been ordering from TPFU. The food quality has dropped drastically. Chapatis are terrible, sabzi has zero taste, and dal is inedible. It honestly feels like no one cares about the people eating this food. All focus seems to be on marketing instead of quality. The owner seriously needs to taste the food before selling it. This is money wasted — I wouldn’t recommend TPFU to anyone. Wake up, team. Drop the arrogance, talk to your chef, and fix the food.
I took 20 days subscription. Food is okay but once i was very disappointed to receive kadhi pakoda without any pakoda and even the kadhi was very thin and runny. Would not recommend.
I'm really unhappy with the tiffin service. The food is often stale and I got a stomach infection after eating the mutter paneer last Friday. The delivery times are all over the place sometimes super early or really late with no warning. This messes up my day. To make things worse, when I complain about the stale food or the messed up delivery no one replies to my messages or answers my calls. It is super unprofessional and shows they don't care about their customers. That is why i have cancelled my tiffin service subscription
The food served is scrumptious and tastes absolutely like maa ke hath ka khana. The service is impeccable and a variety of dishes are served throughout the week. Absolutely lovvvve it.
The food was truly disappointing, and what made the experience worse was the complete lack of customer care. When I raised a complaint that the food didn't taste good, no one seemed to care or listen. If you're considering buying a tiffin subscription from them, it's better to think twice. Even after calling to let them know I wasn't liking the food, they simply continued to send the meals until the subscription was finished. This was the most disappointing and worst experience I've ever had.
The food doesn't taste good when you complain no one cares to listen to you specially if you are planning to buy tiffin from them its better to think twice as when you even call them to say you are not liking the food they will keep on sending till you finish the subscription of their tiffin.
