I just got my haircut done by Sandra, and she is the best! She completely nailed the look I wanted. My hair feels so fresh and looks amazing! She’s really friendly, listens, and clearly knows what she’s doing. I walked out feeling so confident and happy! I highly recommend her if you want a great stylist.
Just got my hair cut for the first time today, and she did amazing!!! i asked for long layers and she styled it beautifully, my hair looked so good. You can tell she really cares about her clients and knows what she’s doing. I walked out feeling amazing.
I will not be going back. I had my hair dyed and its extremely patchy and not done well. The bleaching was done extremely rushed with no precision whatsoever and I was not checked up on for a very long time during the foils. I cannot believe the price for such a patchy job. I wanted a black to blonde hair dye and my hair has patches everywhere of orange, blonde, and white.
Went there for color n cut, the lady with the short bob with red highlights did my hair. My hair looked nothing like inspo pictures, in addition to that she was very unprofessional. The color was sloppy, going over my cheeks and forehead which she did not clean. When she washed my hair, she sprinkled water everywhere maybe coz she was in rush, handling multiple clients at a time. The hair color and the cut both were disappointing. Also the prices were way different than what they mention before.Won’t be going back
I cut my hair with the owner it was bad when I ask her to cut and fix she want to charge me full price when u do bad hair cut u have to fix for free I went to another salon and bay again dont waste u money and time with this salon
I originally came to color correct my hair after an epic fail with box dye but after learning that she would have to bleach my hair to achieve the color that I want, I changed my mind and got a haircut instead. She was really helpful with giving me alternatives to do with my hair. The part that got me is, she charged me $50 for a haircut and didn’t even wash my hair nor did she use heat protectant (she mentioned I had dead ends) while styling my hair with heat. I just feel like I got ripped off
Lets start with saying if i could give 0 stars i would! Went in for a birthday haircut, to get a simple front layer bangs last week. There was only a viet- asian lady who was available at that moment.She was a short hair,skinny, maybe 5’2, fair skinned, wearing a long black shirt. I wanted nothing in the back just front layers (even showed her enough reference pictures) I told her to give me a curtain bang on the front to which she replied “ huh?” should have been my first red flag. HOW AS A “HAIRSTYLIST” you dont know what bangs are. I then proceeded to show her EXACT HAIRCUT on MYSELF from last year and let her did whatever she wanted to do as I am shy to tell someone that they are doing a bad job. She was sliding her scissors while giving me layers, No sections, no cutting, no angling the hairs, nothing! Just slide her scissors thru my hairs as if she cutting paper with scissors. My hairs were left frizzy , no direction and cut horribly. Now they have no shape and form and even uglier than i walked in before. The whole time she kept talking about some shrimp dumplings to distract me from the fact she cant even cut hairs properly. Red flag #2 She couldn’t even BLOWDRY my hairs, no effort or work involved, my hairs kept getting stuck over a thousand times and she was struggling with it and kept breaking my hairs apart from her brush. HOW CAN YOU BE BAD WITH BLOWDRYING? THAT IS BASIC!!!!! anyways i went thru that horrible ride , wanting to leave crying . Red flag #3 she walked up with me to the counter and said $63 ( For horrible front layers and frizzy blow dry) and when i handed her $70 she didn’t even asked would you like to tip or not and just said thankyou and walked away. I dont mind tipping but especially what that clueless unprofessional and untrained little lady did to my hairs i would even pay her a penny let alone tipping. Anyways, thanks for ruining my birthday and with that i am not supporting this business any further. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEE BEFORE YOU LET THEM HANDLE PAYING CLIENTS RYAN's
