My friend recently got highlights done here, but unfortunately they didn’t even last a month. The color faded way too quickly and now she’s only left with bleached blonde hair. Very disappointing, especially given the cost.
I went there with my kids. Instead of respecting the order of arrival, they kept letting other people go ahead of us. Several men walked in after us and were taken right away, while we continued to wait. Eventually, one of the staff finally called us. This kind of treatment felt discriminatory and unfair.
"I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this salon. I waited for 45 minutes, only to see people who arrived after me being taken ahead of me. It seems there is a lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. When someone is waiting in line, they should be seen in the order they arrive, but that wasn't the case here. It felt like they were prioritizing people based on personal preferences rather than fairness. It's frustrating when establishments don't follow basic etiquette and standards. I expected more, especially when coming to a business that should understand the value of customer service. I won’t be returning."
Harpreet was so incredibly kind and talented. Her services were 5 star. I'm only reducing one star because the place isn't 100% private for hijabis. If they were to make their back women's area completely private, I would highly recommend for hijabis as well. That being said, Harpreet did say that next time she will do the whole process in the back room. Again, the wash station is outside but it does have a curtain and she did cover my hair completely with a towel. Just wanting to share for women who want that exclusive privacy that it's not yet available but I really hope they do provide that option in the near future so we can feel completely comfortable in a women's only area. I really appreciate their services, especially when it comes to eyebrows. Manju and her team—Harpreet and Manisha—are so kind and humble, making me feel like part of the family. I went in for an eyebrow threading and explained to the worker that I wanted a clean up and did not want my eyebrows too thin. During the threading, she was very rough and with even just wiping my eyebrows down with a tissue; it hurt a lot. Ultimately, my eyebrows came out very thin and it was uneven. I’ve been to this salon numerous times for waxing and threading and did not have any problems. I did not recognize the worker so she must have been new. It was an unpleasant experience overall.
Manju has magic touch in her hands, she never disappoints when it comes to hair cuts along with length maintained as asked. Harpreet added many layers to hair this time. Got a blow dry done for an event, hair was looking voluminous and bouncy.
