Yousef or Yusuf (however you spell his name) is terrible. Men’s, don’t go here for haircut. he will pushback your hairline and mess up your facial hair. Always seems like he’s in a rush and untrained. Ridiculous.
Worst customer service on the ladies side. The lady is very rude even on phone calls or in person. She needs to improve with her attitude. Same lady most of the time rude.
Yousef's Hair Salon is hands down the worst place to get a haircut, and I speak from painful experience. Yousef himself has butchered my hair so many times that I've finally learned my lesson: never going back. First off, Yousef doesn't even bother with basic hairdressing etiquette like separating the top of your hair with clips. Nope, he just dives right in with the scissors or clippers, leaving you praying for a miracle by the time he's done. I asked for a simple skin fade and requested a modest 2 inches off the top. What did I get? Not a skin fade, and my precious curls chopped off with all the grace of a hedge trimmer. It's like he's got a personal vendetta against hair follicles. The worst part? Yousef is the king of rushing through haircuts like he's got a plane to catch. No care, no precision, just hack and slash and hope for the best. And don't even get me started on his line-ups. Crooked, jagged, and about as straight as a slinky on a bumpy road. Oh, and when I had the audacity to point out his handiwork, Yousef had the nerve to blame it on me, saying my hair was too long since my last cut. Excuse me? That's the lamest excuse in the book, pal. Save yourself the misery and the embarrassment. Avoid Yousef's Hair Salon like the plague. Trust me, your hair will thank you for it.
