If i could id give 0 stars I ordered an ipad from you 3 weeks ago and once i received an email saying “your package is on the way” the shipping number did not work. I tried contacting you but your phone number and email is out of service. Contacted best buy and they said they could not do anything about it. I need this ipad for school and just spent over $500 and i could not return it without the physical package. Very disappointed that your company can’t do their job right.
Accepted order a week ago and said they wouldn’t take the money until it was shipped… took the money first day it’s now day 8 without the item leaving their store …..
Met with Sam and bought a new Mac. The computer was brand new and still sealed in original Apple packaging. Sam was helpful and pleasant to deal with, and the computer is great. Looking forward to buying more equipment from him in the near future!
The Customer Service I received was top notch. I ordered an "Open Box' IPAD PRO 512 GB. Turns out they had sold the last one. In it's place they shipped me a brand new one for the 'Open Box' price!!!
The pricing is great and I always have good experience here . It’s hard to find this pricing in the marketing. I bought two different MacBook here and never have any problem.
I visited the Toronto location at 48 Galaxy Blvd. Unit #408 twice and purchased two phones for $2,500.00 CASH. They have decent pricing, but they lack customer service. The guy I dealt with briefly really need a crash course about customer service. EDIT: August 28th, 2020 I never offered you $1,000 for a $1,500 product. I purchased a Iphone 11 Pro for $1,500 and Iphone XS for $1,000. I wanted to purchase a MacBook Air 2019 and I offered you $100 less than your advertised price. You were very rude for a customer who already purchased $2,500 of products. You should have some decency and be at least respectful. I could have purchased these two phones from someone else. I am the customer and I am the one with the money.
Customer service is not great at all!! Do not recommend. We purchased from another of their platforms. Paid a 20% restock fee, which is fine thats their rule for products that had been "tried" literally tried to attach our accessories and they didn't fit which we receive from work so couldn't keep the iPad. so we lost $160 there. However when they also deduct 20$ for a charger which we never received I am irritated! thats just plain not cool. When I informed them that we didn't even receive the charger they said "you should of told us right away" well I didn't cause its a charger! and its an apple product and like all other people in the world we have them lying around our house so didn't think it was a big deal and just figured that it didn't come with refurbished iPads. didn't even look to see if it said it came with one in the fine print of the ad! cause I'm not cheap and could of cared less at the time!!! however; I do not agree with paying $20 for a charger that I didn't even receive in the first place. Also instead of trying to solve this issue they just kept writing back the same thing and not actually try and resolve anything! would not recommend buying from this dealer. Would recommend buying from a reputable company that has a better understanding of customer service. I will be contacting Best Buy marketplace to inform them and show them emails back and forth regarding this matter. This company does not abide by the code of ethics of Best Buy vendor standards.
