I wouldn’t buy things from this store I came in trying to buy something she talked like she knew what she was saying after I go home the product doesn’t work and she’s saying I have to make an appointment when there’s no one even in the store. The “technician” only takes appointment … there’s no customers. I would not recommend this place, they were very unprofessional and they are not trustworthy.
This store is very unprofessional they sell old and broken items. I bought an amp the lady was talking like she knows what she’s talking about. After I go in the store they start screaming telling me I don’t know what I’m doing as if she didn’t tell me this amp would be compatible. I bought the amp and not too long after it doesn’t work I tried to exchange since I spent money on it and she starts yelling at me saying it’s my fault that I don’t know what I’m doing. I wouldn’t buy products from here unless you’re planning to use it short term.
I am UTTERLY disappointed with the customer service, when I went in for a problem, they started yelling at me telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about and lashed out at me that I'm dumb. Forcing to buy more of their products and completely disregarding the issue that I had. I never had to write a review but this is the only acception, they were terrible people and I truly felt the need to share and warn others! >:(
I got a laptop and Nintendo switch. They gave me the best price possible and fantastic service. I got a hp laptop and they installed the antivirus for me. I also got a free game with the Nintendo switch. They were the cheapest prices possible and even beat best buy. The lady Kim and her husband were pleasant to work. Will be back!
They gave me a really great deal on a samsung TV and soundbar. Ended up buying a laptop as well. I called Samsung to check and they are authorized dealers. They delivered everything the same day and set it up as well. The lady Kim was great to work with. I got the best price possible from them. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend.
Just bought a Sony soundbar and tv there. Was able to get a better price than big box stores, items had to be ordered in but didn’t take long. Store is run by a husband and wife, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking them out for your electronic needs.
This electronic store survives off of ripping people off...bought a microphone a month ago, and the product was completely filled with sand...and not functional. And as you see in the pictures, there's no refund or exchange policy...so I'm stuck with a faulty product. At least I find closure knowing that BOSS SOUND will one day close down along with woodbine mall and then hopefully they will stop selling faulty electronics with no refunds or exchanges.....they're claiming they will honor a refund or exchange....but it's been over a month and they just finally replied to my review so that says a lot.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
