I usually don’t write reviews. But I guess I have to for the greater good. This guy stands me in front of the store for an hour waiting, didn’t have what he claimed to have and tried to sell broken one. What more can I say, don’t waste your time.
Was looking for a vacuum and they had it on a good price. However, the vacuum was filthy and was missing a lot of parts. This was not mentioned in the ad. Total waste of time.
Okay first of all, I hate giving out bad reviews, but this one really got me riled up. At first, I called about an hour before I left my house to ask whether or not the specific product that I wanted to buy was available as it was quite a ways going there from where I live. The guy who answered was very confident that the product was indeed available. He even insisted that I try it out once I get there. We both have agreed that I will purchase the product. I even gave him my ETA, and updated him when I was about 10 minutes away from the store. However, when I got there after driving all the way, I was disappointed to find out that the product was unavailable. His reasoning was that he PROBABLY have sold it within the time that I called and travelled to the store, and that it was then unavailable. I don't believe that the person was familiar with the product that I wanted, even though this is clearly an electronics shop, so he just provided a very vague answer as to why he didn't have it in stock. He didn't even seem as if he was that sorry. I would not recommend this store.
