The food was nice. It's a good ambiance and it all felt mostly nice. Sadly it's only 4 starts since our table was a bit messy and sticky and the down the table was a bit dirty too.
Excellent handmade ice cream with lots of flavors to choose from. Right across from the Costco store, you usually find this place filled with young families and kids. Friendly environment, friendly staff and really good ice creams!
Super slow service. Place is very duty garbage can on the entrance overflow same as washroom, floor looks like have not been mop for a long time . First time I would not recomment due lack of hygiene need more attention.
My experience at Roll Me Up Ice Cream was certainly interesting! Watching them make the ice cream by rolling it on a frozen tray was a fun and unique process. The waffle ice cream was tasty, although I found the portion size to be a bit small. However, I did notice that the staff member preparing the ice cream seemed to be more distracted by inappropriate distractions than focused on his craft. While he clearly had the skills, his attention wandered in a way that felt unprofessional, especially in a family-friendly environment. It would be great if he could leave those distractions at home and concentrate on providing a great experience for all customers. Overall, it's a fun place with a unique concept, but a little more professionalism would go a long way.
Took about 15 mins to make a smoothie and get a cake from the fridge. Bro was in the back for like ten minutes then came out with my unblended smoothie not ready. I know I was the only costumer but at least try and be faster it’s not that hard.
We just had Roll me Up and it was fantastic. My daughter ordered the wrong thing and they were very helpful and remade her ice cream. A gem in the neighborhood. Would recommend over and over again.
