Very bad customer service. The girl in the cashier is talking in the phone and moving very slowly. She doesn't even care about customer are waiting. The management should not allow the staff to use their phone when they are working. Very unprofessional.
So, one of my kids goes crazy for Mr. Puffs. This location is the best I've ever been to. It's super clean and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I'm impressed.
I was disappointed with Mr. Puffs. The puffs tasted heavily deepfried, and the oil they were cooked in seemed old, leaving an unpleasant after taste. The texture was greasy rather than light and fresh. Overall, not an enjoyable experience.
First time visiting this location It should always be freshly made They kept the old ones Before getting the puffs asked if it’s fresh they said yes Although it was cold & told them to remake it Took out another box which was also old This should be fresh every time Took another 30 minutes to make fresh puffs Reason for 3 stars Hopefully they take it more seriously next time
Absolutely ridiculous. Asked for a sundae & the Indian girl literally gave me dipped ice cream in a cup. When I asked how come I didn’t get it like a sundae she literally told me it came like that . no toppings whatever . Stop hiring these incompetent fresh of the boat & hire people who actually know what they are doing.
I was at Mr puffs Etobicoke and was helped by Bhapinder. Very kind, nice and professional customer service. Was very clean and efficient service. Now I love Mr puffs even more.
I had the opportunity to visit this new branch of Mr. Puffs today, and I was extremely impressed with their service. The young lady working there was welcoming and considerate of our requests. The puffs were freshly fried and generously topped. Furthermore, she kindly offered us a complimentary sample of the new Biscoff flavor to try! I will definitely visit again and hope they can maintain this level of service.
