Went to Ice on the Rocks for pani puri and honestly, it hit the spot. The puris were super crispy, the potatoes were fresh and flavourful, and the chilled pani with ice just took it to another level - spicy but still refreshing. I loved that they had consistent taste in every serving and everything felt clean and well-prepared. Portion size was good for the price, and the staff were friendly and patient while we took our time choosing. Definitely a place I'd go back to whenever pani puri cravings hit.
This place is a ripoff. First, the server gave very poor explanations regarding the 2options. I chose the more expensive option for my granddaughter - $13. It permitted only 2 toppings and not the whole selection. Somehow, even considering addition of tax, the charge on my visa is $21.00. It came from a different named company the following day. We went based on good Google reviews as a special treat. It certainly was not.
Super fun spot for rolled ice cream in Toronto! The mango rolls were fruity and fresh, and the brownie ones were sooo rich. Loved watching it being made right in front of us
Give Nitika (the girl working at night on July 19) a raise. The place was packed, but she stayed calm, kind, and collected the entire time. She made our ice cream with so much care and still found time to chat with us like we were the only ones there. Such a sweet girl and felt bad she’s working alone so late at night amongst so many people.
I went here today the people are so kind and welcoming they are really sweet. I recommend getting a strawberry Nutella rolled ice cream. Guys please go try it it’s worth your money and it’s very affordable?
I recently visited on the rock , and I must say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The shop has a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, with colorful decor that adds to the excitement of the rolled ice cream experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, eager to explain the process of making rolled ice cream. It was fascinating to watch them expertly pour the liquid ice cream base onto the cold plate and mix in my chosen flavors and toppings. The whole process felt like a fun performance, and I appreciated how they asked for my preferences and made suggestions based on their favourites.
I just ordered takeout, including two ice creams—Ferrero Rocher and Strawberry Nutella—that I usually love from other places. I was excited to try this spot based on the great reviews, but I'm seriously disappointed. Both flavors taste exactly the same, and all I’m getting is a sugary mix of milk and cream. I had high hopes, but this was a letdown. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back here.
