I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! Lyka took my order quickly and efficiently. They were very polite and friendly. My order was accurate, and the service was fast. Definitely appreciate their great customer service.
I visited the Sherway Tim Hortons location this morning at 9:00 AM, expecting to easily purchase a coffee and a toasted bagel—standard breakfast fare. To my astonishment, I was informed by staff that they could not serve any warm food or items that required preparation (like a toasted bagel). The reason given was completely unacceptable: they were apparently preparing for an event scheduled for the following day. This is unacceptable for a busy, full-service quick-service restaurant during peak hours. Fundamental Service Failure: A major Tim Hortons location should not be shutting down its core food service at 9:00 AM on a typical business day. A store's primary function is to serve its customers the advertised menu items. Poor Planning: The decision to sacrifice an entire day's worth of business and disappoint countless customers to prep for a future event demonstrates extremely poor management and operational planning. Customer Disregard: This restriction forced me to leave and seek my breakfast elsewhere, which is a major inconvenience. I was able to purchase my coffee, but the refusal to serve a simple toasted bagel effectively curtailed my breakfast plans. I urge management to investigate this operational choice. Regular customer service and the full availability of the standard menu must take precedence over future event preparation during advertised business hours especially during a busy holiday season.
Extermely CHEAP service, They do charge 25 Cents for hot water for making a food for Infant, They think like they will built an empire with that 25 cents. Grow guys, Wrost service compare to others.
Better to train u r staff how to serve customers. Provide the proper training how to behave with the customers.Horrible place to visit! Extremely rude staff! They are thinking like they are favouring us by serving us! Change the attitude of your staffs!
I had a very bad time in the brunch with my family. My food are cold and with my coffee usually get a cup of water and.They charged the cup off water.10 cents. And it's ok' but it's water and we are on Canadá .
This morning I visited Tim horton at sherway. DIANA (in training) served me very rudely as been raisis and throwing my order to me. DIANA there are more people looking for job. Fix up your behavior otherwise you will end up jobless.
Such a bad and delayed service. Took freaking 15 minutes to get my order taken and prepared. The line up was long but only one counter open. Delayed order taking. Ordered a meal with wrap, hashbrown & coffee. Coffee was given only when asked. the person who takes the order is supposed to make the coffee and hand it over. the girl took the order and ran inside. Egg wrap with no cheese but the person making the wrap is confused I don't understand why and how. Told him to place the egg and the hashbrown that comes in the wrap with extra sauce and he still missed it.. Tim Hortons management plz train the guys. Thank God there is no drive through otherwise we can't even drive back to get the messed up order right.
