Wow, again I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The team provided excellent service and were some of the friendliest people I have ever met. I highly recommend visiting for fresh coffee and delicious food.
Always a large line.Staff is very unorganized. Today I went in to grab a coffee and an old fashioned plain donut. As I was driving to work I realized she never gave me my donut. Well im not surprised this happens on a regular basis not just with myself but with other colleagues that I know. This location needs three staff on shift in morning hours. One at cash, one doing the baking and other filing the orders.
I don't know why but this Tim Hortons has really bad coffee. Watered-down and overly sour. It's better to go to the Tim Hortons on Evans Ave for coffee.
Terrible service. The girl is very very slowly. Seriously! She also tired to argue with customer. I don't think she is good for doing customer service.
After requesting a strawberry frozen lemonade I was given something completely different. After returning to the location I asked if I could receive the correct order. After being told multiple times I had the right order and insisting I didn't I was given a lemonade with ice in it. After again telling them what I wanted the employees were confused so I showed them the item on the phone application. The employees both looked like they understood, then I was handed an exact copy of the first thing that was wrong. So I walked out with two things I did not order nor did I want.
Steep Tea is ALWAYS a LONG WAIT. Place the order 15 mins ahead on mobile app if you can. It’s the same concept as coffee, but with tea. I’m not sure why this issue is so frequent, doesn’t seem to matter the time of day or which staff is serving. Location is also due for a massive cleaning, floors and surfaces need it thoroughly. The dust between the wall and the cold beverage machine at the mobile pickup needs to be addressed.
The owner of this location should be ashamed. Understaffed and most of the employees are yelled at constantly. This is 100 percent a manager issue of not wanting to spend money on labour
