I cannot say enough good things. A family of mice had made my mother's car their home when she became too ill to drive, and the smell made the car impossible to sell. He made it his MISSION to solve my problem. Above and beyond must be the mission of this spot, because all I was met with was kindness, dedication, and patience. I was away frequently and it was never a hassle, we had to try six different things and it was never a hassle, and then when the bill came due it could not have been more reasonable. I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you!
I paid for a professional cleaning. That was not worth the money!!!! I took in my 08 Caddy CTS, I had just purchased. Looked like a smoker had the car before me, the headliner was dark and stained. Told him my main concern was the headliner, I needed it to be clean properly. I was not worried about the rest of the interior, I keep it pretty clean myself. No problem. When I pick up my car a couple of hours later he tells me if I see any more stains I can bring it back after it dries. After I drove away I noticed that it still had all the stains, just a bit lighter. So I brought it right back to show him. He was very attentive and came to inspect the headliner right away. He took a clean rag and started to clean the headliner again. Pulling the rag away and showing me the dirt he picked up from the headliner. Told me I can bring it back another day and he will clean it again. My problem is, if I bring my car to get the headliner cleaned, shouldn’t you clean it till it’s clean. I didn’t want to pay over $150 for a professional to take a pass at it. I paid you to clean it, till it’s clean. I never took my car back
I’m going to be completely honest that I wasn't very pleased with my detailing job. I get my car detailed after every Toronto winter so other than salt, dust and coffee stains, it's not that hard of a job. Due to COVID, my car was about five months late for its yearly treatment. I usually go to Popular Car Wash but I really wanted to give a local independent business the opportunity so I took my car here. There was no place to wait so I went to IKEA. He was finished within 1.5 hours though. When I got back, I was surprised that the exterior was not washed. I was told that would be an extra $20 (on top of the $120) so I passed. The cup holders were immaculately cleaned and it was properly vacuumed; however, there was still dust on the passenger side and in the vents. The carpets appeared to be cleaned but when they dried, the salt stains were still visible. Also, leaves were still between the grooves of the trunk door. I don't know why he didn't just vacuum them as it would have only taken a few minutes. He was a nice enough guy and I really wished he would have done a better job but I can't spend my hard-earned money again for something done half-a$$ed.
UPDATE: Kevin again came through again and cleaned my headliner after a terrible sunroof leak. Looks brand new! Kevin completed a hand wash and wax on my car. Super attentive to detail, took the time to show me what he did and made recommendations to keep the car looking great for the amount of highway driving I do.
I found Vanquish by searching the Internet .I decided to give this place a shot based on the favourable reviews . Results met my high expectations. I had a wash, a clay bar scrub, a polish with compound, and a wax. Kevin has many years of experience and is very personable. His rates are very fair for the high quality of work. I will be recommending Vanquish to all my friends and colleagues.
