Kavin did an incredible job installing ppf on my crosstrek, I cannot recommend him and protex enough. I dropped off my car, they had it washed/inspected for me and explained how the whole process works. I picked up the car end of day and could not even tell it was installed, it blended in so seamlessly. Truly amazing work, and experience!
Hard to describe how happy I am with Protex. My searches for a good satin PPF installer ends with Kevin & team and I can’t recommend them enough. Considering how much it costs these days, Kevin and Jennifer instilled a lot of confidence in me through their patience and clear answers to every one of my questions. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured or encountered sketchy sales tactics. I felt informed throughout the process, with proper video footage of the car taken before the install. As far as the actual outcome - perfection. Neatly tucked edges, almost invisible ends where film cuts off, and a nice window tint to go with all of it. Terrible - received the car back with 2 safety alerts activated on my brand new Tesla with nothing but excuses and denials from the Protex team. Furthermore, the sunroof tint which cost over 1k doesn't even cover the entire sunroof. There are bubbles on one of the windows to add even more disappointment. If you're going to charge 2k for tiny it should at least meet the quality standards one would expect.
Great experience. Kevin the manager is very knowledgeable and reasuring. He has very experienced installers working. If there's a product or service that they don't have in house, they bring the products and personnel in. Luckily there is a graphic shop down the street that they work closely with that helped my project out. The shop is beautiful, bright white and clean. Full body 3 stage paint correction, touch up, full clear ppf with satin black ppf rear end center stripe amd hash stripes, window tint.
I would recommend this company to apply PPF and Ceramic Coating Application. They were very, very good to deal with! Thank You Protex Canada and EXPEL products.
