Magic! Two years of hardcore family living deleted from existence! The wife and children were also in shock. My son wants us all to start using car slippers and leave our shoes/boots in the trunk - hilarious, but he's serious! My daughter says no more eating in the truck. How on Earth did you turn back two years of time and make my large SUV come right off the dealership lot like new again?! Enormous thanks to the magicians on this team! Well worth the $200 ($50 tip on top; in hindsight, sorry, should've tipped more), given that I'd conservatively estimate that there were at least one or two technicians/magicians, working on my vehicle continuously throughout the entire day, plus whatever potions and lotions you infused into the leather, wood trim, tires, metals, paint, controls, etc., Dropped off 9am and picked up 5pm and truly, my mind has been blown! I'd post photos or videos but even my own eyes feel like their being tricked. Should have taken before pics. Scratches gone - amazed! Like a blast from the past that's going to last!
Decent job overall but unfortunately had to redo most of my interior as there were residues left behind in many places which I specifically asked them not to use such products. The key areas I discussed with them were not address properly and some spots were missed entirely. Also was charged more than I was quoted over the phone. I have no problem paying top dollar for great work but it seems they stick to the same program for every car and do not address specific customer concerns effectively so I will not be returning.
Great service! Leo was helpful and honest with the requirements with the Flex. They cleaned the flex and it looked brand new. It took a day and they picked me up and took me back to the shop . This is a small quaint business I would highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. I could not believe how they made a huge scratch disappear. A competitor nearby said it could not be fixed. Wrong!!! Super friendly. I highly recommend Dee's Details...you will not be disappointed.
It would of gotten 5 stars had I not found giant French Fry under the passenger seat ***Edit: as promised I came back and Leo and company are amazing, gave me a discount for the missed French fry from last time. Now its officially a 5+ star. They do an amazing job, they are patient and do walk through to show you if there's anything missed, really really impressed by the level of service. Thank you and see you back in 6 months :)
Was pretty excited to get my car detailed at my 9am appt which I rearranged my schedule for but no one showed up. Very disappointed. Update: apparently under new management. So called them today, no answer and voice mail was full. Keep it up guys!
