Recently purchased a used vehicle here, and I'm a very happy customer! I had researched the used car scene in Toronto, and checked in with a few dealers. Finally I found a small cargo van of interest at MSD. Aman was excellent to deal with from the start. As it happened, my older vehicle wouldn't start after looking at the truck. Aman and his mechanic got it going for me, very helpful. His approach was without any pressure, which helped a lot with decision making. He allowed me to take it to my mechanic for an inspection, which did point out a few issues. Aman and I very simply negotiated which of these he would repair, amd which were on me, and we finalized the deal. A key point. Used cars are much cheaper than new for a reason. There will likely be issues to deal with. I recommend having an independant mechanic inspect. Most dealers won't allow this, so you take your chances. You do have to be aware there will likely be issues to deal with, and have a little budget for this. Your well priced used vehicle will not be perfect as a new vehicle for 2 or 3 times the price. All in all, I recommend Aman and MSD very highly! He is an honourable man, good communicator, makes the sale and transfer process simple and transparent. Compared to other dealers, he is a cut above. Cannot recommend this man and the whole operation highly enough!
