I brought in my vehicle to Marinos Subaru Dealership with a front end shake and a request for oil change. Moataz Elhalwa at the desk diagnosed a $16 part with a $4000, quote. Control arm Bushings, new tires, a charge to use a torch, arbitrary spark plug, etc. etc. In addition to the astronomical repair quote he added an $800 "C" Service which is ultimately an oil change (normally $120) and a pat on the bum. At first Mo had given me an email with typed prices instead of a quote, this is where he detailed many "add ons" hoping I would say, yes do it all. I I didn't see a quote until 4 emails later. I worked with my extended parts warranty team to ensure the defective part (Bushing) was covered. When Moataz Elhalwa submitted the quote to the parts coverage team he had changed the quote and removed the labour, and went back a second time with a different quote, asking for more money(from the coverage team) on the vehicle than required. I don't recommend this place of business. They have a team on the front line trying to inflate the damage on your vehicle, or inflating your bill, and if that doesn't work, they'll inflate the bill with your parts coverage company.
Amazing experince with them, got an amazing deal on a Honda used vehicle. Ilham was my dealer really helped me through every process explaining it going through minor details and helping me throughout the process. I recently purchased my first new car in 9 years. I am not very knowledgeable in this area and visited many dealerships hoping for advice and friendly service from the staff. I definitely received all of this and more at Marino's. I had my heart set on a Hyundai because I've driven one for a long time and it was very good to me. When I walked in, Ilham greeted me and immediately answered any questions I had and gave me several options. He showed me the new KONA and I was sold! So from the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my new vehicle, Ilham and Cleimore, the sales manager, were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough with phone calls and/or emails informing me of the status of my purchase and the arrival date of the vehicle. When I picked it up yesterday, Ilham showed me how everything in the vehicle worked and took me on a short tour of the service department. Basically, the purchase of a new vehicle, something I was a little nervous about, was actually a very enjoyable experience thanks to the service I received here. Thank you so much!!
I had a fabulous experience in purchasing my used Honda CRV. First, I was impressed with the inventory that Lakeshore Honda had. I met Eddie when I entered the used car department. He was attentive and listened to what I was interested in purchasing. He was very knowledgeable and I found his mannerism to be inviting but not pushy. I returned at a later time to test drive a specific CRV. Eddie took the time to have the car brought into the garage and have the car washed. Although I had just made an appointment to test drive the car he insisted that we inspect the car, inside and out, and review its features. This was unexpected and very helpful. After my test drive I decided to purchase the vehicle. I found the negotiation process with Eddie to be very fair. I believe that I got a good deal on my purchase. When I returned at a later date to pick up my car Eddie was once again very attentive and friendly and did a very thorough job of reviewing all of the car’s features with me. Eddie phoned me a few weeks after my purchase and inquired about my experiences with the car. What an outstanding salesperson! I highly recommend Eddie and I will return to Lakeshore Honda in the future.
I went to this dealership a few months ago, without the intention of buying or leasing a new Vehicle. I chose to inquire about a used car do to credit and inclme and had an idea of what to expect in terms of price. The gentleman I worked with names Wasim, explained a lot to me and answered all my questions and by the end of it I walked away with a new car! It wasn't about making a sale for him, I just explained what I needed and based on numbers things worked out. They worked hard to get me a car with my credit score and kept it honest with me about how the process worked. I would like to Thank both Wasim and Greg for making this experience as flawless as possible!
Very friendly and helpful. I walked in the same day and got the vehicle I wanted. They prepared the vehicle very quickly...and this was around Christmas and immediatly after they got back from their holiday closing hours.
